Welder
Location: Geneva, OH 
Pay: $23–$29/hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

M Force Partners is seeking a skilled Welder to join a growing manufacturing team in Geneva, Ohio. This role supports the production of military expeditionary equipment and rugged industrial products within a clean and safety-focused manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with multiple welding processes, blueprint reading, and general fabrication practices while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform GMAW (MIG) and GTAW (TIG) welding while following WPS welding processes (3G/3F)
• Perform RWMA (spot welding) resistance welding processes according to welding procedures
• Operate oxy-acetylene torch (brazing experience is a plus)
• Interpret weld symbols and technical drawings to complete welding assignments
• Use shop tools related to welding fit-up, including grinders and fabrication tools
• Demonstrate basic blueprint reading skills, tape measure usage, and caliper measurements
• Follow visual and written work instructions to complete production tasks efficiently
• Accurately report shop floor production data using computer systems or written documentation
• Perform operator-level maintenance on welding equipment and tools
• Maintain compliance with shop safety procedures and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent work experience
• Ability to obtain AWS Certification for applicable welding processes
• Experience operating power tools, hand tools, and shop equipment
• Basic knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and fabrication processes
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
