We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Registration/Check-Out Specialist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling all aspects of patient registration and check-out processes within a medical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients warmly and ensure a smooth registration process
- Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and necessary documentation
- Schedule appointments and manage the patient flow efficiently
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services and procedures
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries at check-out
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records and sensitive information
- Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a medical administrative role, preferably in patient registration or check-out
- Excellent customer service skills with a patient-centric approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
