Warehouse Team Lead
Location: Louisville, KY
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2nd Shift (4:00 PM – 12:30 AM)

Position Overview
M Force Partners is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to oversee warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and logistics coordination. This role will supervise warehouse technicians while ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient shipping operations, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, warehouse systems experience, and the ability to improve processes within a fast-paced distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee incoming inventory and accurate ERP system entry
- Manage Customs Bonded receiving and withdrawal of imported inventory
- Supervise warehouse technicians to ensure daily operational schedules are met
- Coordinate export, military, and refund stock orders
- Work closely with export order management and freight forwarders to schedule shipments
- Ensure customer orders ship accurately and completely while resolving or communicating any shipment issues
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for shipping and receiving operations
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and logistics processes
- Optimize warehouse space to accommodate existing and new inventory
- Manage and improve warehouse layout and configuration to maximize shipment throughput
- Monitor inventory accuracy and oversee cycle counts and adjustments
- Investigate and resolve inventory, receiving, or shipping discrepancies
- Oversee Customs bonded inventory tracking and withdrawals
- Maintain and support the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and train staff on system use
- Serve as the primary contact for WMS, RF device, and inventory system questions
- Lead the Shipping/Receiving department while fostering a team-oriented work environment
- Investigate workplace incidents and support safety initiatives and audits
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and operational standards
- Analyze and resolve issues related to product quality, shipping errors, or delivery delays
- Support employee development and participate in team performance and development initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of experience in distribution, warehouse, or supply chain operations
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience with ERP, MRP, MPS, or WMS systems
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all organizational levels
