Job Title: Warehouse & Facilities Manager
Status: Full-time
Department: Operations
Position reports to: Chief Information & Operations Officer
Job Summary
The Warehouse & Facilities Manager supervises, directs, and monitors facility and property
maintenance, ensures compliance with regulatory agencies such as OSHA and the EPA.
Purchase, maintain inventory of supplies and tools, manage all leased properties, and
oversee fleet vehicle care and maintenance. They will also oversee the daily operations of
all warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, storage, inventory management, staff
management, maintenance and safety.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Physical Demands
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. While performing the
duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods. The
employee is frequently required to speak, hear, and understand. The employee is required
to stand, walk, drive, and use hands and feet.

Education / Experience
