Position Overview

The Performance Group is seeking talented Mechanical or Thermal Engineers to support on-site testing and performance evaluation of turbines, boilers, and heat rejection systems. This role serves clients in power generation, petrochemical, process plants, and campus utilities across the U.S. and globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct performance testing and analysis for power plant equipment.

• Apply ASME and CTI performance test codes during evaluations.

• Travel to client sites domestically and internationally.

• Analyze technical data and prepare detailed reports.

• Assist clients in assessing system efficiency and verifying component performance guarantees.

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical, Thermal, or related Engineering discipline.

• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in power plant performance testing.

• Familiarity with ASME performance test codes.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively, including occasional weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with remote data acquisition and precision testing instrumentation.

• Knowledge of CTI test standards and ANSI sound testing standards.

• Project management experience.
