Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Medical Practice Scribe to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical terminology and prior experience as a medical scribe. The primary responsibility is to accurately document patient encounters and support healthcare providers in delivering efficient patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
