Position Title: Chief Revenue Officer Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
to lead and oversee all revenue-generating activities within our private
education business. The CRO will be responsible for driving the company’s
revenue growth by developing and executing comprehensive strategies that
integrate sales, marketing, customer experience, partnerships, and product
strategies to drive sustainable growth. This executive role requires strong
leadership, a deep understanding of the technical education sector, and an
ability to innovate in a competitive marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a
proven track record of scaling revenue, optimizing business performance, and
fostering a cross-functional collaboration to achieve company objectives.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement strategies to
drive business growth across all revenue streams (sales, marketing,
partnerships).  Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing revenue team. 
Ensure seamless collaboration between the sales and marketing teams to maximize
revenue generation and market presence.  Develop and execute a comprehensive
go-to-market strategy that identifies target audiences, defines messaging and
leverages optimal channels to reach our potential customers. Lead the digital
transformation of sales and marketing. Drive the integration of cutting-edge
technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), automation and data
virtualization. Foster a culture of innovation and cross departmental
collaboration, working closely with product and innovation teams to ensure a
seamless, efficient workflow across the revenue-generating teams and support the
build, marketing and sales of new products that meet the needs of a growing
customer base. Lead the strategic development and execution of the newly
launched B2B sales channel, transforming it into a profitable revenue stream for
the company. This includes driving sales growth, optimizing operational
efficiency, managing key client relationships, and ensuring alignment with
overall business objectives to achieve sustained profitability. Identify
trends, optimize campaigns and make informed decisions about marketing
strategies. Utilize market data, performance analytics, and innovative strategies
to assess the effectiveness of JOB DESCRIPTION – CRO HR202502 revenue
initiatives, optimizing these strategies to identify areas for growth and stay
ahead in a competitive marketplace. Set monitor, and refine revenue targets,
ensuring the achievement of company objectives. Collaborate with Corporate
Development, Education, Compliance and all Sr. Leadership team members to ensure
that the student experience is exceptional throughout the journey. As CRO,
you’ll champion the mission to equip students with life-changing IT

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a
related field (MBA preferred). ? 10+ Years of experience in a senior role at an
organization with $50 million or greater in annual revenue, demonstrating
success in a Business-to-Many environment. Recent and extensive experience
leading sales and marketing teams in a business-to-business environment is
required. Proven track record of success in creating & implementing strategic
plans that grow revenue. Proven ability to lead digital transformation
initiatives that enhance customer engagement, optimize revenue streams, and
improve operational efficiency. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and
ability to align revenue strategies with business objectives. Deep
understanding of revenue optimization techniques and customer relationship
management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to travel based on
business needs.
