Lincoln Healthcare has partnered with a healthcare facility, in search of a Paramedic Operations Manager to join their team located northeast of the Atlanta area! We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced professional to manage and oversee daily operations, logistics, and personnel in an EMS setting. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with state standards, delivering excellent service, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Type of Hire: Full Time or Long-term Contract Title: Paramedic Operations Manager
Location: Northeast of Atlanta, GA
Compensation: $75K - $85K

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

• Ensure tasks align with certification standards and monitor team adherence to scope of practice.
• Oversee vehicle inspections, stocking, and maintenance.
• Manage staffing schedules and support team development.
• Coordinate shift schedules and operational logistics efficiently.
• Ensure timely completion of patient care documentation.
• Maintain positive interactions with partners, facilities, and patients.

 

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant certifications and experience managing EMS teams.
• Strong knowledge of operational standards and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
