Type of Hire: Contract to Hire
Title: Class A Driver Applicator
Location: Santa Maria, CA

Work Schedule: Night Shift, 5pm until finished, 8 -10 hour shift 
Monday- Saturday ,40hrs a week with overtime as needed

Compensation: $23.00- $25.00

Principle Duties:
Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to crops in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations.
- Operate and maintain application equipment, including sprayers and other machinery.
- Mix and prepare chemical solutions as per the instructions.
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust application strategies accordingly.
- Keep detailed records of applications and product usage.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding application schedules and progress.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Applicator or similar role in agricultural settings.
- Knowledge of various pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers, including proper handling and application techniques.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining agricultural application equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in application processes.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
