Lincoln Group has partnered with a local company in search of a Dispatcher to join their team. 

Type of Hire: Contract to Hire

Title: Dispatcher

Work Schedule: 8-5/6pm, M-F, Saturday's rotated

Compensation: $21-$22.00

Job Description:
 The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling and dispatching of service calls, deliveries, and field personnel. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient and timely operations.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.
- Monitor personnel and/or equipment locations and utilization to coordinate service and schedules.
- Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from work crews, supervisors, and field inspectors using telephones or two-way radios.
- Confer with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment.
- Prepare daily work and run schedules.
- Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information.
- Communicate effectively with field personnel and management to ensure successful operations.

Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Dispatcher or relevant position.
- Knowledge of procedures and guidelines for emergency situations.
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant software (e.g., ERP).
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Active listener with excellent communication skills.
- Sound judgment and critical thinking skills.
