The Lincoln Group has partnered with a client who is a world leader in manufacturing fire hoses, in search of a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in Sanat Maria, CA! Looking for candidates who want to join, build, and contribute to a great team and an evolving culture!

Type of Hire: Temp-to-Hire
Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Santa Maria, CA

Work Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday- Friday

Compensation: $20 - $30

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

• Supervise personnel responsible for maintaining equipment across our three facilities in Santa Maria, CA.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained to produce high-quality products efficiently.
• Maximize preventative maintenance and continuous improvement practices to minimize unscheduled downtime.
• Work hands-on with the maintenance team, directing and prioritizing maintenance and repairs.
• Skilled in scheduling and conducting preventative maintenance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Competent in interpreting mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics
• Required to maintain comprehensive project notes and revisions
• Capable of working effectively with various teams
• Flexible and adaptable to workplace changes
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Available to work Saturdays for maintenance needs due to production operating 24 hours a day, 5-6 days a week.
• Proficient in maintaining industrial equipment within a manufacturing setting.
• 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician/Supervisor in a manufacturing setting.
