Lincoln Group has partnered with a client in the electronics manufacturing industry in search of an Assembly Technician to join their team!  Looking for candidates who want to join, build, and contribute to a great team and culture!

Type of Hire: Contract to Hire
Location: Centennial, CO
Work Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: $18 - $22/hr

Responsibilities

• Verify traveler documentation for accuracy.
• Can prepare cable.
• Assembles harnesses using a board.
• Ensure that all materials are properly identified and packaged safely.
• Maintain a safe working environment and report any potential hazards.
• Check materials provided for physical damage or defects.
• Can perform basic assembly including loading connectors, applying labels, and applying heat shrink.
• Sign work order traveler after the process is performed.
• Maintain the work area clean and organized.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work with hand tools, inspection, and measuring equipment without limitations.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions as noted on work orders.
• Operate stripping machines, crimping machines, as well as other manual tools daily.
• Basic understanding of IPC 620 standards.
• Be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds unassisted.
