Requirements:

• Fingerprinting must be submitted and cleared prior to start
• Must have successfully completed radiology training from an AMA approved school of Radiology
• Must have two (2) years' experience in mammography with two years as a Radiologic Technologist
• Must have experience in performing special procedures to include stereotactic biopsy, ductograms, and needle localization procedures
• Have breast tomosynthesis training
• Have worked with a Radiologist in assisting with special procedures
• Must possess a current valid Arizona License in Radiology (R)
• Must possess a current ARRT certification in Radiology with qualifications in Mammography (RT)(M)
• Must have and maintain a current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
