Requirements:

• Successful completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapist Program
• Two years experience as a licensed respiratory therapist
• One year pediatric critical care experience
• Level III or IV NICU experience strongly preferred
• Current, Active, Permanent State of Arizona Respiratory Care Practitioner license
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from the NBRC
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association
• Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association
