Requirements:

• Candidate must know POC reliable dependable
• No hx of NCNS or hx of frequent call outs
• Must be able to go to LTC or skilled
• Team player
• Ready to jump in and help out our team members and residents
• Can do attitude and able to communicate with the nurse on duty and the DON UM and scheduler
