Requirements:

• POC reliable dependable
• No hx of NCNS or hx of frequent call outs
• Must be able to go to LTC or skilled
• Team player
• Ready to jump in and help out team members and residents
• Can do attitude
• Able to communicate with the nurse on duty
• Able to communicate with the DON UM
• Able to communicate with the scheduler
