Requirements:

• Current ARRT RT(R) credential required
• Current unencumbered Oregon license in Radiologic Technology required
• Healthcare Provider BLS required
• One (1) year experience or training in a Cath Lab/Angio hospital setting
• GSR Cardiac Cath Lab: AHA ACLS required
