Requirements:

• At least 2 years recent adult and PICU respiratory experience
• Valid Oklahoma Provisional / Respiratory Care Practitioner License
• Certified / Registered Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT)
• BLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)
