Requirements:

• Registered Nurse, currently licensed in the State of Washington
• BSN required or agrees to enroll in an accredited program within one year of hire
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR; Current ACLS and PALS certifications or must obtain within 3 months
• Minimum four years of experience in a peri-operative setting, with a minimum of two years of experience in OR as circulating and/or scrub RN
• CNOR certification required or must obtain within 12 months
• Minimum two years of management or supervisory experience preferred
