Requirements:

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS required
• AHA ACLS required
• One (1) year experience as a Circulating Nurse in the OR
• Two (2) years experience in ICU/PCU or a medical/surgical acute care setting
• One (1) year CVOR/Open Heart experience preferred
• ICU experience preferred
• Scrubbing experience preferred
