Requirements:

• Licensed to practice pharmacy in California
• Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an accredited pharmacy college
• Current BLS Certification
• Meets all federal, state, and local laws and regulations for retail pharmacy
• Maintains required continuing education hours
