Requirements:

• Must have recent ARRT(CT) and ARRT(R) experience.
• Graduate of an accredited program for Radiologic Technology.
• Currently registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Currently holds an Iowa 'Permit to Practice Diagnostic Radiography' from the Iowa Department of Public Health.
• Negative 2-step Mantoux within 1 year of start or QuantiFERON Gold (if Positive, must provide proof of positive & chest x-ray results)
• Proof of physical within 1 year of start date
• 10 Panel Drug Screen within 1 month of start date
• Criminal Background within 30 days of start date
• National &/or State Sex Offender within 30 days of start date
• Completion of CareLearning education modules prior to start.
