Job Description

Job title: Bilingual Remarketing Specialist

Shift: Monday to Friday, = 37.5hrs per week
Location: Markham, ON (Hybrid) - 2 to 3 times a week in office.
Pay rate: $27.50/hr
Type of role: 12 month contract

Address: Markham, ON

Training will be for up to 3 months or less which will be fully onsite training.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage Remarketing lists and follow up for the return of leased vehicles past their
scheduled maturity date
Collection of outstanding and/or excess charges (ie invoicing of additional charges for
excess kilometers, excess wear and tear, missing equipment, payments, miscellaneous
fees)
Answer incoming calls, process paperwork, extension of lease contracts, Dealer
Condition Reports etc
Resolve outstanding issues with dealers/customers at lease end (payouts, invoices,
Security deposit etc), processing daily reports
Preparing vehicles for auction for disposal in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS:

University Degree or College diploma is required.
Candidates must have a prior experience in a relevant or a similar responsibilities
Superior communication skills in English and French (Must be fluent)
Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel
Prior outbound/inbound relevant customer service experience in Canada is mandatory
Ability to work shifts between the hours of 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday
Must be comfortable to talk about customer accounts and payment related concerns with the customers.
