Leap Recruitment Partners is actively seeking an ambitious Project Manager on behalf of a valued client, a highly regarded property restoration and reconstruction firm operating across the Greater Toronto Area. Dedicated to providing rapid, end-to-end recovery for both commercial and residential properties, our client is expanding its agile project management team to support sustained regional growth.

This is a dynamic, field-forward hybrid position where you will spend the majority of your week on the road—collaborating directly with adjusters, tradespeople, and property owners—while utilizing regional office spaces for administrative work 1 to 2 days a week. As the critical first responder following a property loss, you will lead the initial site assessment, accurately scope the damage, and build comprehensive estimates.

Once a bid is won, you will smoothly transition the execution phase to the internal construction coordination team. We are looking for a driven professional with a proven track record in the insurance restoration space, someone who excels at building relationships and can confidently drive upwards of $1.5M in annual project billing.
