Key Responsibilities
- Tailored Client Consultations: Conduct thorough patient assessments to design bespoke, safe, and effective aesthetic treatment plans aligned with client goals.
- Precision Clinical Treatments: Administer neuromodulators and dermal fillers skillfully, prioritizing artistic balance, structural harmony, and natural results.
- Patient Advocacy & Safety: Educate clients comprehensively on treatment options, realistic expectations, safety protocols, and post-procedure care guidelines.
- Commitment to Continuous Learning: Stay at the forefront of the medical aesthetics industry by actively adopting emerging trends, advanced techniques, and evidence-based practices.
- Collaborative Excellence: Partner closely with an interdisciplinary team of expert injectors, physicians, and skincare specialists to maintain a cohesive, supportive, and safety-first environment.
What You Bring
- Professional Credentials: Active licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Naturopathic Doctor (ND), or Medical Doctor (MD) in good standing with your respective Canadian regulatory body.
- Practical Expertise: A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience independently administering neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
- Anatomical Mastery: Comprehensive, advanced knowledge of facial anatomy, cosmetic injection zones, and safety management.
- A Patient-Centric Mindset: A warm, empathetic communication style focused on building long-term clinical trust and fostering patient confidence.
- Language Skills: Full professional fluency in English is required; bilingual capabilities in Mandarin, Cantonese, or French are considered a strong asset.
