Job Title: Program Account Executive
Location: Remote

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Account Executive with over 10 years of expertise in commercial lines insurance. This role requires technical knowledge in specialized insurance products, including Errors & Omissions (E&O), Cyber Insurance, and Directors & Officers (D&O) Liability. The ideal candidate must hold a RIBO license in good standing, be adept at client presentations, and be comfortable hosting webinars and attending industry events. This is a remote position, with regular travel expected.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.

  • Conduct one-on-one client meetings to assess insurance needs, provide tailored solutions, and offer expert guidance.

  • Travel to client locations and industry events to strengthen relationships and deliver impactful presentations.

Technical Expertise:

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of commercial lines insurance to deliver comprehensive risk management strategies.

  • Specialize in complex insurance coverages, including E&O, Cyber Insurance, D&O, and related products.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to ensure clients receive the most relevant advice.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through referrals, client networks, and industry connections.

  • Effectively pitch customized insurance programs to both existing and prospective clients, highlighting value propositions.

  • Represent the company at industry conferences, panels, and webinars to enhance visibility and brand recognition.

Presentations & Reporting:

  • Prepare professional reports, client proposals, and tailored presentation materials.

  • Deliver engaging presentations to boards, clients, and stakeholders, showcasing the benefits of proposed solutions.

  • Host webinars and training sessions to educate clients on products, industry updates, and best practices.

Project & Deadline Management:

  • Oversee multiple client projects and requests, ensuring organization and prioritization.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client deliverables accurately and on time.

  • Track account performance, renewal schedules, and ensure timely execution of all client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines insurance, focusing on specialized products such as E&O, Cyber Insurance, and D&O.
  • RIBO license in good standing is required.
  • Knowledgable in commercial lines insurance, including policy structures, underwriting guidelines, and industry practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to present complex information effectively.
  • Comfortable delivering presentations at conferences, board meetings, and webinars.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and industry events.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong client service skills with a demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships.
