Strategic Influence: Work directly with the senior leadership team to shape the region’s budget and market share growth strategy.
Total Well-being: Benefit from a "people-first" culture that offers a 50/50 hybrid work model, allowing you to balance regional leadership with personal flexibility.
Uncapped Career Trajectory: Access extensive support for advanced designations (CIP, FCIP, CRM) and leadership mentoring programs designed to propel you into executive-level roles.
Your mission is to drive regional excellence through strategic planning and personnel development:
Strategic Regional Growth: Develop and execute the region’s strategic plan and budget to consistently expand market share and maintain key accounts.
Team Development & Coaching: Act as a mentor and coach to a team of Commercial Insurance Specialists, utilizing your expert knowledge to set them up for individual and collective success.
Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment strategy for your district to ensure a continuous pipeline of high-caliber insurance professionals.
Performance Leadership: Foster a competitive spirit and a "team-first" mentality, ensuring the region meets high-performance benchmarks while maintaining service excellence.
Collaborative Strategy: Partner with the senior leadership team to align regional activities with national corporate goals and community-focused initiatives.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of performance.
Education: Post-Secondary education (College or University degree) is required.
Leadership Style: A "Lead, not just Manage" approach with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for coaching.
Mindset: A competitive spirit coupled with a team-first mentality and a relentless desire to deliver high-level results.
Strategic Acumen: Ability to handle complex budgeting, strategic planning, and market analysis.
Financial Health: Competitive salary plus commission, employee share purchase plans, pension plans, RRSPs, and staff insurance discounts.
Professional Investment: Full tuition assistance for industry designations and access to specialized leadership training.
