Administrative Assistant

Location: Coquitlam, BC (Fully In-Office)
Hours: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (37.5 hours/week, 1-hour lunch)
Start Date: ASAP

The Opportunity

Leap Recruitment Partners is proud to be partnering with a growing organization in Coquitlam, BC in their search for a reliable, highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced, fully in-office environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional who enjoys variety in their day, thrives on organization, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, adaptable, and located within reasonable commuting distance to the office.

No insurance background is required — training will be provided where applicable.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to two operational leaders

  • Manage and coordinate multiple calendars, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

  • Schedule meetings, manage reminders, and maintain calendars proactively

  • Support general office operations and assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks

  • Prepare correspondence, documents, and internal communications as required

  • Maintain organized records while handling confidential information with discretion

  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts

  • Contribute to a positive, organized, and efficient office environment


Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats

  • Ability to work fully in-office in Coquitlam, BC

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting senior leadership and/or managing multiple calendars

  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills

  • Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset
