Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical and Claims Management o Oversee and manage a portfolio of complex casualty claims, including bodily injury, product liability, premises liability, and professional indemnity losses. o Review and approve reports, ensuring they meet  quality and brand standards. o Offer guidance on policy coverage, liability assessment, and litigation management. o Ensure compliance with company protocols, client service agreements, and regulatory requirements.
• Client and Market Engagement o Serve as a key technical and relationship contact for major casualty clients, brokers, and insurers. o Support business development through participation in client meetings, presentations, and proposal preparation. o Partner with regional and global  leaders to expand casualty service offerings and align best practices.
• Qualifications and Experience o Bachelor’s degree in insurance or related field; CIP, FCIP, or equivalent designation preferred. o Minimum of 8-10 years of casualty claims adjusting experience, including complex losses. o Proven leadership experience within the insurance or loss adjusting industry. o Strong knowledge of Canadian and UK insurance markets, legal frameworks, and casualty claims practices. o Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills o Ability to foster client confidence through professionalism, integrity, and expertise.
