Client Documents: Prepare and issue essential client-facing documents, such as Certificates of Insurance and coverage summaries.
Licensing: Current registration as an insurance broker is required, or a commitment to achieve licensing within 60 days of hire.
Education & Designation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred, combined with an industry designation (e.g., CIP, CRM, CAIB, FCIP) or active pursuit of one.
Technical Acumen: Demonstrated proficiency with industry Broker/Agency/Carrier Management Systems (e.g., Vertafore, Applied Systems, EPIC, TAM) and advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel).
Industry Experience: Proven ability to navigate and process complex policy language, layered programs, and bespoke endorsements for commercial clients.
Mindset: Highly organized, exceptional attention to detail, strong ethical standards, and a process-driven work ethic that thrives in a structured environment.
Career Foundation: Build a solid, specialized career foundation in commercial lines operations and technical risk management.
Impact: Serve as an indispensable part of a high-performing team, directly enabling the firm’s revenue and client success.
Expertise: Strengthen critical, transferable skills in regulatory compliance, system integrity, and complex policy analysis.
Stability: Work for a recognized leader in the commercial insurance sector with a commitment to integrity and quality.
Environment: Work in a professional, in-office environment that values discipline, expertise, and precision.
