Job Title: Industrial Millwright (433A)
Role Type: Permanent Full-time position
Hours: Monday to Friday - Day shift
Pay rate: $38.50/Hour

Job Description:
- Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on all production and facility equipment
- Perform maintenance in all maintenance categories including Preventative Maintenance, Scheduled Corrective Maintenance, Non-Scheduled Corrective Maintenance and Project Maintenance
- Complete work orders as assigned by e-maint CMMS including adding labour and parts to work orders
- Issue required parts for repairs from inventory utilizing e-maint CMMS
- Respond to emergency breakdown phone calls and/or pages in a timely fashion
- Participate in equipment, automation, and safety training
- Attend and participate in monthly Maintenance Toolbox meetings
- Communicate/escalate all maintenance concerns/challenges to maintenance supervision
- Always perform work while observing the company’s Health and Safety policies
- Always perform work while observing the company’s Quality Policies
- Work within the constraints of your specific field of expertise as determined by your trade designation
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives including DOS activities
- Actively participate in the emergency response system and procedure
- Be familiar and support facility and departmental KPI’s
- Treat all co-workers regardless of position with courtesy and respect
Qualifications:
- Registration as a millwright journeyperson (433A) with the Ontario College of Trades.
- Experience with power presses, pneumatics and hydraulics in a manufacturing setting.
- PLC programming an asset.
- Able to work alternative shifts when required.
- Experience in a fast paced, automotive setting is an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively under deadlines and balance multiple priorities.
- Must possess good critical thinking, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Must possess good communication skills (verbal & written)
