About the Role

Leap Recruitment Partners is seeking an Insurance Technical Service Representative (TSR) to join a dynamic and client-focused insurance team in Etobicoke. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys providing superior client service, supporting brokers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and technical support to brokers and account managers in servicing Personal and/or Commercial Lines accounts.

Prepare and process insurance documents such as policy changes, renewals, endorsements, binders, certificates of insurance, and invoices.

Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally, escalating issues when required.

Ensure accuracy of all policy documentation and maintain up-to-date records in the broker management system.

Coordinate with insurers to follow up on quotes, coverage details, and outstanding documentation.

Support account managers in renewal preparation and new business submissions.

Assist with compliance requirements and company service standards.

Qualifications

Valid RIBO license (mandatory).

Previous experience in insurance administration, TSR, or brokerage support role (Personal Lines or Commercial Lines).

Strong understanding of insurance terminology, policy documentation, and processes.

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with broker management systems (e.g., EPIC, TAM, or SIG).

Strong communication skills with a client-service–oriented mindset.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a team-based environment.
