Job Title: Mail Clerk
Role type: 1 year contract position - no benefits while on contract
Pay rate: $20/hr - bi-weekly payroll
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 12pm (Part-time shifts)
Location: Markham, ON

You will help create best in class customer experiences in an innovative, collaborative and team focused environment.

• Mailroom & Print Operations: Support daily printing and distribution of high-volume documents including invoices, reports, and approval letters. Prepare and process outgoing mail using inserter and postage equipment.
• Courier & Postal Handling: Receive, sort, and route incoming Purolator and Canada Post deliveries. Ensure cheques and documents are directed to the appropriate departments and maintain tracking logs.
• Document Imaging & Administrative Support: Process funding-related documents by printing, imaging, and indexing. Respond to internal requests and assist with locating and organizing documents across departments.

• Previous office experience an asset
• A demonstrated willingness to take on a variety of new administrative function.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and management time effectively
• Reliable, hard-working and punctual.
• Must be available to work in the office 5 days a week, between the hours of 8:am am to 12:00 pm
