Bilingual Contract Coordinator
Location: Markham, ONRole Type: 12-Month Contract | Full-TimePay Rate: $21.50/hourSchedule: Monday to Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (shifts within these hours)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Process lease and loan contracts with accuracy and efficiency
- Review and verify incoming documents for completeness and correctness
- Match and confirm financial details and contract terms
- Communicate with dealers (phone and email) to resolve discrepancies
- Assist with additional administrative and contract-related tasks as required
What You Bring
- Canadian office or administrative experience is required
- College Diploma or University Degree preferred
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional telephone manner
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn
