Bilingual Contract Coordinator
Location: Markham, ON

Role Type: 12-Month Contract | Full-Time
Pay Rate: $21.50/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (shifts within these hours)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Process lease and loan contracts with accuracy and efficiency
  • Review and verify incoming documents for completeness and correctness
  • Match and confirm financial details and contract terms
  • Communicate with dealers (phone and email) to resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with additional administrative and contract-related tasks as required

What You Bring

  • Canadian office or administrative experience is required
  • College Diploma or University Degree preferred
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional telephone manner
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn
