**Overview **
Our client, a top provider of Independent Medical Examination (IME) services, is looking for a driven and self-motivated Sales Representative located in Calgary. This entirely remote position is perfect for an individual with a strong understanding of the medico-legal or insurance industry, an established client network, and the ambition to expand market presence within Alberta and Western Canada.
**Responsibilities **
- Business Development: Find, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within law firms, insurance companies, employers, and government agencies that need IME services.
- Client Management: Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with existing clients by providing excellent service and timely follow-ups.
- Sales Strategy: Create territory-specific sales plans that align with company goals, with a focus on key stakeholders such as adjusters, legal counsel, and case managers.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and legislative changes that impact IME usage.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with the operations and scheduling teams to guarantee smooth delivery of services.
- Reporting: Keep accurate CRM records and report on sales activity, pipeline development, and monthly KPIs.
**Qualifications **
- Proven sales experience in IME, healthcare, insurance, legal services, or occupational health sectors (3+ years preferred).
- Solid understanding of the IME process and its significance in insurance, disability claims, and legal disputes.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with B2B clients and close long-cycle deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to occasionally travel within Alberta (if required for in-person client meetings or conferences).
