As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will:

�� Manage a book of business, providing exceptional service to clients �� Handle policy changes, renewals, and coverage inquiries �� Educate clients on their insurance options and ensure they have the best coverage for their needs �� Work closely with underwriters and insurance partners to secure optimal solutions for clients �� Maintain accurate records and stay up to date with industry changes

What We’re Looking For:

✔ RIBO Licensed (Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario) ✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance ✔ Strong communication and client relationship skills ✔ Carrier portal experience an asset ✔ Tech-savvy with experience in brokerage management systems ✔ Highly organized and detail-oriented
