Position Title: Senior Insurance Broker

Overview: As a Senior Insurance Broker, you are expected to be a leader and a crucial figure in the growth and management of an extensive client portfolio. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining high client retention rates and ensuring a balanced portfolio of home and auto insurance policies. Your depth of experience will be pivotal in enhancing client satisfaction, facilitating additional sales opportunities, and upholding superior service standards. As the go-to expert for complex inquiries, you will nurture a work environment characterized by teamwork, trust, and continuous innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Retention: Achieve excellent client retention by delivering outstanding customer service and engaging in consistent, proactive communication.
  • Enhanced Client Experience: Continuously seek ways to improve client satisfaction by providing personalized solutions that meet their changing requirements.
  • Cross-Selling: Leverage opportunities to introduce additional policies to existing clients, with a monthly goal of increasing policies by 15.
  • Policy Renewals: Initiate renewal processes 30-45 days in advance, ensuring meticulous tracking and management of renewal activities. Set a high standard for prompt and effective renewal handling.
  • Internal Networking for Growth: Pursue internal referral opportunities aggressively, focusing on life and commercial insurance referrals with a target of achieving 5 or more monthly referrals.

Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Extensive background in the insurance sector, with a proven track record in client retention, sales, and team leadership.
  • Product and Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of various insurance products and prevailing market dynamics.
  • Collaboration and Mentoring: Proven ability to collaborate effectively and mentor junior brokers.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication abilities with a knack for interpersonal relations.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a flair for innovative solutions.
