General Purpose:
Lead and manage Oman Flour Mills' production operations (Flour Mill, Feed Mill, and Pre-mix Plant) under the COO, ensuring best practices, asset optimization, and alignment with company strategy. Oversee daily production, logistics, maintenance, and quality to meet volume, cost, and safety targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute production strategies to meet company objectives.
Monitor and optimize production efficiency, quality, and safety.
Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure operational alignment.
Lead production teams, ensuring compliance with HSSE and regulatory standards.
Manage budgets (OPEX/CAPEX), risk mitigation, and performance reporting.
Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and industry best practices.
Key Interactions:
Internal: COO, Engineering, HSSE, Finance, Sales, HR, Supply Chain
External: Vendors, contractors, equipment manufacturers
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Process preferred).
Advanced Milling certification (mandatory).
15+ years in Flour/Feed Mills, with 5+ years in senior management.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational expertise.
Bilingual (Arabic & English) with technical/financial proficiency.
Competencies:

Technical knowledge of milling processes, CAPEX/OPEX analysis.
HSSE compliance, process optimization, and commercial acumen.
Work Conditions:
Office-based with frequent site travel (Muscat and other locations).
