Job Description

Our client, an award-winning global Automotive Finance company, recognized worldwide for their technological leadership and superior standards of quality, continuous improvement, and environmental responsibility. You will help create best in class customer experiences in an innovative, collaborative and team focused environment.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm / 8:30am to 4:30pm
Location: Markham, ON (Onsite- Hybrid)
Type of role: Permanent

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Collection of outstanding and/or excess charges (ie invoicing of additional charges for excess
kilometers, excess wear and tear, missing equipment, payments, miscellaneous fees)
 Answer incoming calls, process paperwork, extension of lease contracts, Dealer Condition
Reports etc
 Resolve outstanding issues with dealers/customers at lease end (payouts, invoices, security
deposit etc), processing daily reports
 Preparing vehicles for auction for disposal in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College Diploma or University Degree preferred
  • Fluency in English & French
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
  • Strong computer skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
