Our client is one of the leading insurance providers for pet insurance in Canada and they are looking for a licensed Damage Broker to come join their team.

Location: Remote, Anywhere in Canada
Hours:  9AM-5PM. Monday to Friday

Summary of Role:
Our client is looking for an AMF Insurance Agent to come join their team of Insurance Agent in Montreal and guide clients through the claim process.

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the claims process, investigate their motor vehicle collision claims and respond to their needs.
• Work in accordance with company practices and industry regulatory requirements; apply best practices and take responsibility for its customer service and compensation results.
• Work independently in a digital environment.
• Actively participate in training aimed at keeping your knowledge up to date on the best practices applicable to claims settlement.
• Participate in special projects and provide feedback to our client to further its customer service excellence initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bilingualism: Knowledge of English in addition to French is required as this position
• Ability to embody and contribute positively to company culture and values.
• AMF License required.
