Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company, is seeking a Business Analyst with our client in Raleigh, NC.

Our client is looking to bring on a Business Analyst. The candidates must be detail-oriented, research-driven resources to support a short-term data enrichment initiative. The primary objective is to research, validate, and complete missing data elements within client online profiles and records in preparation for migrating loans to a new platform.

Resources will review client loan applications, supporting documentation, and other available sources to identify data gaps, validate required information, and update records in accordance with U.S. regulatory requirements and policies. This initiative is part of a broader effort, with additional short-term projects requiring similar skills during the same timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validated Loan Documentation: Identify, research, and update required data fields for Credit Access Lines to ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for loan migration.
• Data Enrichment Tracker: Centralized log capturing document status, data gaps, and resolution progress for each relationship.
• Regulatory Compliance Verification: Confirmation that all documentation meets

U.S. regulatory and policy standards.

• Progress Reporting: Support weekly run rate, status reporting, and other measures, metrics provided to project leadership.
• Final Project Summary: Consolidated report detailing completion rates, outstanding exceptions, and overall project outcomes.
• Quality Assurance (QA): Respond to QA feedback, update data based on feedback, to ensure QA feedback is reviewed, considered, and resolved.
• Research, Root Cause Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Conduct research, bring awareness of data irregularities, and support for root cause analysis. Support, provide continuous improvement suggestions based on analysis

The base range for this contract position is $30-$60 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
