Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Leadership

• Manage the integrated project plan across multiple IT and business workstreams.
• Coordinate dependencies, risks, issues, and timelines across teams.
• Apply PMO methodologies, governance processes, and project delivery standards.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level project updates, status reports, and steering committee materials.
• Facilitate collaboration among business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.

IT Enablement & Systems Delivery

Coordinate planning, requirements, implementation, testing, and readiness activities across:

• ERP Enablement

  • Support ERP restructuring and implementation activities aligned to business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops, support decision-making, and manage project timelines.

• EDI, Integration & Automation

  • Coordinate system integrations and EDI connectivity supporting customer and supplier processes.

• Manufacturing & Shop-Floor Systems

  • Support IT enablement for MES, Quality/SPC, Warehouse Management, EAM, and SCADA environments.
  • Ensure alignment between technology solutions and manufacturing operations.

• Data & Business Applications

  • Coordinate initiatives involving Power BI, Snowflake, corporate applications, plant technology, and end-user training.

The base range for this contract position is $90.00 - $120.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
