Job Description
Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company, is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with our client in Minneapolis, MN.Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to work on medium to large size projects. The role demonstrates advanced knowledge and ability, and can apply the competency in new or complex situations and guides other professionals. The role is responsible for execution of all aspects of requirements delivery- planning, elicitation, analysis and documentation, management, and support - for changes to Business Areas and Technology.
Must haves:
- 5+ years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in the areas of requirements management on large and complex projects
- String Technical skillset (including data mapping/mining, Source – target diagramming experience
- Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative and/or Agile
- Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation
- API experience, ability to write requirements for API’s, testing in Postman (or other tool)
- Intermediate SQL experience
- Data mapping, data flow diagramming
- Financial Services experience, preferably in Wealth Management
- Experience with developing a front-end application, either in e-commerce or banking
The base hourly range for this contract position is $55-$85 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
