As a QA Engineer you will:

• Work within a team to sunset legacy applications and integrate the apps into a modern platform. Work within data intensive applications to understand the process flows and integration points.
• Define processes and standards for testing.
• Provide detailed documentation.
• Perform system, integration, functional, data validation, and performance testing as well as facilitate user acceptance testing.
• Utilize test management tools to document test plans and to report test results and defects.
• Make recommendations to improve solution reliability, performance, and quality assurance best practices and processes.

  Minimum job requirements:

• 6+ years Manual Testing Experience
• QA professional certification (ISTQB, QAI) is desired
• Advanced knowledge of software development life cycle and project life cycle principles, including both Agile and Waterfall
• Advanced knowledge of quality assurance processes and testing methodologies
• Advanced knowledge of test frameworks, writing test plans, test cases
• Advanced knowledge of multiple distributed languages and must have experience with SQL
• Experience in using the following tools.
  • 1. MS Office Suite (Specifically MS Excel)
  • 2. SQL for writing queries to return data

- Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)

- Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer

The base range for this contract position is $25 - $55 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
