As a Sr. Application Developer, you will be tasked with the following:

• Under general direction, operates in a multi-role fashion to design, develop, code, and test complex programs for website applications and other digital technology solutions.
• Collaborates with all necessary departments within the company to successfully drive digital solutions, such as the company website, B2C and B2B eCommerce, customer portal and customer-facing mobile applications to completion.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and code difficult and complex programs for enterprise web applications using java J2E frameworks
• Develop test data and analyze problems in programs
• Recognize the critical elements of complex application problems, develop and evaluate data, determine solutions, and make logical recommendations
• Express difficult and complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
• Write clear and logical reports, program documentation, and instructions
• Work effectively and independently on assigned projects
• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with administrators, technical and functional team members and users
• Train system users effectively
• Meet established priorities and schedules
• Learn and apply new concepts in information technology
• Works effectively with other IT teams in an Agile environment

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have 7+ years of experience with the following:

• Designing, developing, and coding difficult and complex programs for enterprise web applications using java J2E frameworks and Vue JS and/React
• Experience in both traditional projects and Agile-based delivery
• Experience with ORM tools
• Experience with Web service development and consumption (REST and SOAP)
• Experience with Mobile application development
• Experience with JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with the SQL database (SQL Server)
• Experience with NoSQL databases (Mongo)
• Experience with Unit testing tools and methodologies (JUnit, NUnit, MS Test)

Desired Experience:
Experience with Kubernetes a plus
Experience with Azure Cloud development a plus

Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $55 - $85 hr hour, depending on experience.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
