As a Senior IT Auditor, you will test FSL’s internal IT controls (ITGC), conduct IT process and insurance partner audits, and support enterprise risk assessments. You will also perform supervisory tasks such as review, audit planning, and control design. The role requires critical thinking, effective communication, and interaction with management, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead ITGC audits in areas like Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, IT Operations, and Business Continuity.
• Develop and execute audit work programs, documenting risks, controls, procedures, and findings.
• Prepare clear audit reports with recommendations.
• Manage audit projects, prioritize tasks, and monitor progress.
• Document follow-up actions and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Perform Test of Design and Test of Operating Effectiveness, leveraging automation and AI tools.
• Conduct IT operational reviews (e.g., Change Management, Business Continuity).
• Lead walkthroughs, draft findings, and review workflows/process diagrams.
• Support external assessments and enterprise risk management.
• Assist in audit planning, control design, and staff coordination.
• Contribute to department process improvements and manage KPI/KRI reporting.
• Support external audits and special projects as needed.

  Qualifications & Skills:

• 3 years in IT Audit, Information Security, or related fields.
• Knowledge of IT controls, industry frameworks, and audit methodologies.
• Strong communication, project management, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to lead audits, mentor staff, and partner across teams.
• Willing to travel 5-10%
• Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or CRMA preferred.
• Experience with GRC tools like Onspring, Venminder, BlackKite preferred.

The base range for this contract position is $50.00 - $58.00 per hour, depending on experience; pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.”
