Responsibilities:

• Define and document system requirements, workflows, and reporting needs
• Ensure adherence to standards, data accuracy, validation, and auditing measures
• Provide effort estimates and support testing through script design and execution
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in diverse teams

  Requirements:

• Expertise in SSRS, SSIS, Power BI, and SQL (CTEs, temporal tables)
• Experience with C# or .NET and Azure tools (Data Factory, Pipelines, Logic Apps)
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and document business logic
• Knowledge of insurance, accounting, and Microsoft SQL Server certifications (plus)
• 2 years of experience in SQL (SQL Server 2014+), SSRS, SSIS, ETL development
• 1 year of experience in Power BI, C# or .NET
• Strong database knowledge, SCRUM familiarity, and business requirement documentation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

The base range for this contract position is $30.00 - $60.00 per hour, depending on experience. Pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
