Job Description

We are assisting an upcoming cruise ships and looking for Cruise Service Agents for a one-day assignment.  Please see dates below:

Position: Cruise Service Agent (CSA) 

• CSA’s will receive guests with a warm, friendly disposition, make them feel at ease, answer their questions, solve their problems immediately, or attend to their requests in a professional way.
• Assists with checking in passengers and guiding them in the appropriate area. 

Ship Dates:

• Monday, October 5th – Oceania Riviera (Start time is TBD, but typically between 7am-9am)
