Job Description

The Disney Wonder returns to the islands and is currently looking for Cruise Service Agents. 

Position: Cruise Service Agent (CSA) 

• CSA’s will receive guests with a warm, friendly disposition, make them feel at ease, answer their questions, solve their problems immediately, or attend to their requests in a professional way.
• Assists with checking in passengers and guiding them in the appropriate area. 
• Get an opportunity to train in the Disney Experience.

Disney Training:

• Thursday, February 12th - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 
• Friday, February 13th - 9:30 AM to 12:45 PM 
• Sunday, February 15th - (Disney Dress Rehearsal) 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM 

Cruise ship Date: Monday, February 16th (location & time TBD)

Parking will be reimbursed for both training & cruise ship.  

**Candidates are required to work all dates listed above.**
