Job Description

This individual will provide superior customer and administrative support services in the following areas:

SHIPPING LOGISTICS
  • Primary outbound shipping coordinator (including international, dangerous goods, and ITAR shipments)
  • Support shipping coordination and logistics of various field deployment projects.
  • Reconcile all shipping invoices.

INVENTORY & ASSET MANAGEMENT

  • Oversee all asset and inventory management throughout the company.
  • Primary receiver of goods; update JAMIS system; ensure proper asset tagging process in compliance with policy.
  • Oversee & conduct annual physical inventory.
  • Help to create more efficient use of storage areas.

TRAVEL COORDINATION

  • Support all Company-wide travel arrangements (i.e., Book air, hotel, car, etc. as needed)
  • Process and support all travel request reconciliation as needed.

GENERAL ADMIN SUPPORT

  • Assist with credit card reconciliation
  • Supports Front Desk activities (fill in/relieve receptionist as needed)
  • Support various Special Event coordination (Annual Innovation Summit, Summer Picnic, etc.)
  • Runs errands for office as required (Costco, Lex Brodie, etc.).
  • Provide back-up support to other administrative staff members as required.

PROCUREMENT SUPPORT

  • Assist all Company-wide procurement processing (as needed).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Availability to work on-site Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm at Downtown Honolulu location
  • Parking not included
